a true story… My mother, my nonna and even our cousin mario would always have a plate of braised rapini or escarole with beans, garlic, onions and if you knew… you put an anchovy for an extra kick :) All you needed was a piece of bread and a good glass of vino. 😎 Today we make a pasta with Spicy italian sausage, escarole & beans to show we haven’t forgot about these dishes nor should we, because after all these are the dishes that made us appreciate what we had rather then what we didn’t. that was dinner and this our special for next week. ❤️❤️ - - - - - #true #story #italian #way #escaole #beans #italian #sausage
